FIT SQUAD

Welcome to FIT SQUAD, where High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) meets innovation! Our dynamic program keeps you on your toes with fresh circuits every two weeks—enough time to master moves without monotony. Each HIIT session is a carefully curated fusion of exercises targeting similar muscle groups, igniting your metabolism, and sculpting your physique. Equip yourself with TRX, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, and more as you conquer your personalized station. Get ready to sweat as you power through timed exercises, constantly pushing boundaries and elevating your fitness game. With FIT Squad, expect to amp up endurance, boost strength, and redefine your body—all while having a blast!

The program includes:

  • Your 12-week Training Program.
  • Two 60-minute workouts per week in a group of 6-8, led by your Personal trainer.
  • One 60–minute Optional Recovery/Mobility Day created to increase range of motion and educate on the importance of stretching.
  • SQUAD participants receive a FREE Unlimited Monthly Group Class Membership (full gym access + unlimited classes) during the program for unlimited gym access ($495 value). NOTE: Your FREE membership starts as soon as you sign up, so you can get started in the gym NOW!
  • Free 30-minute nutrition consultation by our Certified Nutritionist, Aldo. NOTE: Can be gifted, however, must be completed during SQUAD season. Must contact info@rivalfitnessseattle.com to schedule.

During the season, squads are offered at a variety of times to accommodate most schedules. When signing up be sure to note that times and days are grouped to occur at the same time on Monday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Friday, or Tuesday/Thursday.

Please note, that Squad participants and times are set during the season in a “first reserve, first slotted”  manner, so to request a particular time slot, the earlier you submit your interest in the next Squad season, the better!
