A 12-week toning & tightening program can be an effective way to achieve your weight loss goals in a structured and sustainable manner. However, it’s essential to remember that toning and tightening programs should always be approached with a focus on long-term health and well-being rather than quick fixes. Our new 12 week program not only ensures you understand the basics of strength training, but incorporate HIIT Circuits to ensure the ultimate SHRED. Along this 12 week journey, you will be sent “Weekly Wellness Wednesday” updates to ensure you have the necessary tools to achieve your ultimate goal within the program. Clients will often look to their trainers for nutrition support, and since our scope of practice is limited to the physical movement realm, I want to introduce you to a unique resource that we have. Natalie Joffe. Natalie is an Intuitive Eating Nutrition Counselor who helps clients who struggle with things like emotional eating, body image issues, trouble sticking with meal plans, and other topics related to one’s relationship with food. Her work can help increase the results of those who may be struggling with consistency. I encourage you to connect with her to learn more, as she offers free consultations for clients enrolling within this program.
