As of March 20, 2024, we will be implementing a late class cancellation fee of $10.00 (+ tax) for failure to cancel your class registration 1-hour before class start time. The following fee implementation has been set forth in an effort to foster a commitment to your fitness/wellness journey but to also support our awesome hardworking staff. RIVAL ROW

We’ve added more to our already popular Indoor rowing classes. In this 50-minute workout, you’ll be on and off the rower. While on, we’ll do sprints, endurance, and power drills. While off, we’ll bring in weights–be prepared for pushups, lunges, core work, and so much more.

It’s all choreographed to a playlist guaranteed to keep your adrenaline pumping and your legs moving to the rhythm. You control the resistance on your bike and can increase the intensity of your workout as you improve your cardiovascular levels and your leg strength.

 

CYCLING

Find out why indoor cycling, or spin, has become a nationwide phenomenon. We’ll fit you to your bike and guide you on a journey with music timed to your ride. Throughout this 45-minute course, you’ll scale hills, go all out with short sprints, and we guarantee you’ll sweat. No prior biking experience is necessary, but after a few classes, you may well want to hit the road or trail on two wheels!

We don’t require cycle shoes, but we recommend them if you end up loving cycling as much as we do.

RIDE + ROW

This 60-minute endurance workout splits its duration between two cardio modalities: indoor rowing and cycle. First, we launch into a 30-minute cycle through hills and sprints, and finish out the workout with a 30-minute row. This total-body calorie-crusher is bound to boost your mood and leave you feeling fresh.

TRIPLE THREAT

Are you ready for the Triple Threat?!

Based on High-Intensity Interval Training principles with sets ranging from 1-1.5 minutes and often working within several different modalities. Triple Threat uses tools such as kettlebells, dumbbells, Bosu balls, TRX’s, ViPR’s, RIP Trainers, resistance bands, and more. Expect to rotate between stations of three varying, pump-inducing movements throughout this 45-minute class on the Rival Field.

 

TRX

The TRX Suspension Training System is a relatively new and revolutionary training modality that utilizes one’s own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The beauty of the TRX is its unique modifiability – meaning that resistance can be altered simply by shifting one’s body weight and using gravity to increase or decrease resistance. TRX’s can be used for stability establishing rehab exercises or for heart-pumping, total-body movements. Our 45-minute, full-body TRX class on the Rival Field takes attendees through a range of essential TRX movements for an invigorating, core and balance-focused workout.

TRX STRENGTH

Rival’s staple suspension training course – with a twist. In this fiery 45-minute class, we’ll explore the extensive versatility of the TRX Suspension Training System, while also incorporating other strength training modalities such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more for a total-body skills-based workout.
