To kickstart a fitness routine or change up your current workout, Rival Fitness offers personal training sessions in both a private and semi-private groups (of up to 3 people) to provide the custom attention you need.
THE RIVAL WAY
The Rival Training Team consists of some of Seattle’s most skilled and highly accredited trainers. Whether you want to shed that extra belly fat, recover from an injury, or elevate your fitness routine, we have something for everyone. We offer memberships with weekly training sessions, as well as flexible session packages. Every new training client at Rival Fitness begins with a comprehensive personal training assessment, including a body composition analysis using our advanced InBody scanner. This state-of-the-art machine delivers a precise breakdown of your fat, lean tissue, and water mass composition.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
*Non-Members, Package Only (Sessions Only, No Class or Open Gym Access)
Experience Rival in a personal way. Purchase a package of training sessions and we’ll schedule you for an hour of training in a personal setting where you’ll work through a specific program designed and delivered by our professional training team. General Rival memberships are not required for these packages.

PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS
Strength Membership
Working with a personal trainer creates results. And if you’re someone who needs an appointment on your calendar in order to make a commitment or if you’re looking for a personalized training program, a Strength Training membership may be just what the doctor ordered. Membership includes:
- A 60-minute semi-personal training session each week with a certified personal trainer
- Full gym access
- Unlimited Classes Access
- Full program access (seminars, events)
- Initial personal assessment and orientation
