To kickstart a fitness routine or change up your current workout, Rival Fitness offers personal training sessions in both a private and semi-private groups (of up to 3 people) to provide the custom attention you need.
THE RIVAL WAY
The Rival Training Team is made up of some of the most accredited and experienced trainers in Seattle. Whether you’re looking to get rid of the spare tire around your belly, recover from an injury, or just take your workouts to the next level, we have options for everybody. We offer memberships that include weekly training sessions, as well as session packages. All new training clients at Rival Fitness receive an initial personal training assessment, which includes a body composition reading from our InBody body composition scanner, a top-of-the-line machine which provides an accurate breakdown of fat, lean tissue, and water mass composition.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

Experience Rival in a personal way. Purchase a package of training sessions and we’ll schedule you for an hour of training in a personal setting where you’ll work through a specific program designed and delivered by our professional training team. General Rival memberships are not required for these packages.

PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS
Strength Membership, 3 Month Commitment
Working with a personal trainer creates results. And if you’re someone who needs an appointment on your calendar in order to make a commitment or if you’re looking for a personalized training program, a Strength Training membership may be just what the doctor ordered. Membership includes:
- A 60-minute semi-personal training session each week with a certified personal trainer
- Full gym access
- Unlimited Classes Access
- Full program access (seminars, events)
- Initial personal assessment and orientation
