That’s why we’re excited to introduce you to Natalie Joffe, an Intuitive Eating Nutrition Counselor. Natalie specializes in helping individuals overcome challenges like emotional eating, body image issues, and consistency with meal plans. For clients enrolling in our program, Natalie offers free consultations to explore how her expertise can enhance your journey. The program includes a 12-week training program featuring 60-minute workouts per week in a group of 6-8, led by your personal trainer. Additionally, there is a 60-minute optional recovery/mobility day designed to increase range of motion and educate on the importance of stretching.

SQUAD participants will receive a free nutrition assessment with Natalie Joffe. Additionally, they will enjoy a FREE Unlimited Monthly Group Class Membership during the program, which includes full gym access and unlimited classes, valued at $495.

Recovery/Mobility Day: Fri – 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM with Coach Rene

NOTE: Your FREE membership starts as soon as you sign up, so you can get started in the gym NOW! Additionally, you will receive a free 30-minute Deep Tissue Massage, courtesy of Holistic Coalition. This massage can be gifted but must be completed during the SQUAD season. To schedule, you must contact [email protected]. You will also receive a complimentary guest pass, which must be redeemed within the SQUAD season. Furthermore, you will have access to the INBODY body composition analysis device, allowing you to measure your gains and/or losses.
